We're excited to announce the relocation of our Gardendale, Alabama clinic that opened Monday, June 8, 2020.
Our new Gardendale clinic is located at 323 Fieldstown Road next to Chick-fil-A Gardendale.
Jay S. Umarvadia, MD treats patients at our Gardendale location Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. He treats patients at our St. Vincent's Birmingham main office every Tuesday.
