Comprehensive Sports Medicine Coverage for John Carroll Catholic High School
Andrews Sports Medicine proudly partners with John Carroll Catholic High School to provide comprehensive sports medicine coverage for Cavaliers student-athletes.
The school’s certified athletic trainers are on the front lines of athlete care, providing injury prevention, on-site evaluation, emergency care, rehabilitation, and return-to-play management throughout the school year.
When advanced medical evaluation or specialty treatment is needed, athletes are referred to Andrews Sports Medicine Team Physicians, ensuring seamless access to fellowship-trained orthopaedic and sports medicine specialists.
Together, this collaborative approach helps John Carroll student-athletes receive timely, coordinated care so they can safely return to the classroom, practice and competition.
Then I’d dedicate a section specifically to the athletic training program.
Athletic Trainers & Team Physicians Working Together
The health and safety of John Carroll Catholic High School athletes is a team effort.
Certified athletic trainers provide immediate injury evaluation and treatment during practices and competitions, develop rehabilitation programs, monitor recovery, and determine when additional medical evaluation is appropriate.
When an injury requires advanced imaging, specialized non-surgical treatment or orthopaedic surgery, the athletic training staff coordinates referrals to Andrews Sports Medicine Team Physicians for comprehensive evaluation and ongoing care.
This close collaboration ensures continuity of care from the sideline through recovery and return to play.
