
Savanna graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She then went on to receive her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Savanna works in the Hand Therapy department as an occupational therapist. She sees Dr. McKeon’s patients who have injuries of the hand and wrist.
Some of Savanna’s responsibilities include: evaluating and treating patients with wrist, hand and elbow fractures, cumulative trauma disorders and nerve injuries and syndromes, treating patients with utilization of physical agent modalities, fabricate and modify splints, therapeutic exercises and activities, and instruction in home exercise program including would care.
Savanna is here for every patient and always strives to help them achieve victory over their injury.
